This is the 1st edition of the logbook Decision Making in Avalanche Terrain. A lot of updates has been done since the first edition but you can still use it to take notes about your trip. There’s now 4 editions of that book.

This logbook is intended to guide the reader through a structured decision-making process when in avalanche terrain. Based on the methods used by avalanche specialists, it is designed to help you plan your trip, record your observations, support your decision-making in the field and facilitate reflection after the excursion.
